Red-Carpet-Dress-Worthy-Boo

Take it from us—the red carpet always has the most banging booties on display! From J.Lo to Beyonce, there is no shortage of banging booties that knock our socks off!

If you’ve watched any red carpet events in the recent years, you’ve seen what we’re talking about. These women walk the red carpet in their skin tight (sometimes see-through) dresses with powerful confidence! As they should, right? After all, they’ve worked hard for their bodies and they are proud to show it off!

So, how do these hot celebs get their plump and tone booties without a visit to their plastic surgeon for buttock augmentation? That’s a great question. We promise they’re not eating donuts and drinking soda all day long. If they were, their entire body shape would be much different as it would just build up the wrong fat cells!

Some insiders would argue that celebrities achieve their bootylicious status through surgical procedures (buttock augmentation) or butt enhancement cream. While this may be true for some celebrities, it certainly isn’t true for all of them.

Celebrities like Jennifer Lopez and Megan Fox who are known for their toned and plump booties choose to keep their booties in shape through exercise. Hiring only the best trainers in the world, celebrities use the trainer’s expert knowledge surrounding booty enhancement to give them the shape and tone they’re so well-known for.

Now you’re wondering what exactly are those exercises, aren’t you? Of course you are! We wondered, too, which is why we found the hottest celebrity trainers and their top training tips to help us all get the booty we want and deserve!

1. The Bridge

The-Bridge

To begin, lie on your back. Bring your knees up to a bent position with your feet firmly planted on the ground about hip-width apart. Put your heels just below your butt but not touching your butt. Give your glutes a nice squeeze and push down through your heels to allow your hips to rise up. Then, lower your hips back down towards the ground. Do this 30 times for one complete set.

2. Single-Leg Bridge

Single-Leg-Bridge

This is a variation of the bridge move from above but this time you’re only using one leg at a time to drive your hips up.To begin, lie on your back. Bring your knees up to a bent position with your feet firmly planted on the ground about hip-width apart. Put your heels just below your butt but not touching your butt. Give your glutes a nice squeeze and push down through your heels to allow your hips to rise up. Lift your left foot and stretch it straight out parallel to the ground. Keep your right foot on the ground planted firmly. Kick your left leg up towards the sky but keep your hips lifted and level. Bring your leg back down to the starting position. Do this 30 times on each leg for one complete set.

3. All Fours Leg Kick

To start, place your hands and knees on the ground with a flat back facing the sky. Make sure to have your wrists below your shoulders and your knees below your hips for the best results. Shift your weight and push your right knee out to the right side so that it’s parallel with your hips. Give your leg a nice kick to extend it straight out the side. Make sure that your right leg stays parallel to the ground as you bring it back into the starting position. Do this 30 times on each side for a complete set.

4. Lateral Lunge

Lateral-Lunge

Craig Ballantyne is a celebrity trainer to the likes of Megan Fox and swears by the lateral lunge for booty plumping and toning! To do this exercise, you do not need any weights or extra props, but you can use weights during the exercise to add a little bit of extra resistance. To start, stand with your feet spread slightly apart. Then, take a large side step with your right foot while lowering your body in a squatting position at the same time. Keep your back straight and your left leg straight, too. Then, return to the starting position. Lunge with your left foot this time to your left side. Repeat this 20 times on each side for a complete set.

Craig advises that these lunges should be done to both sides and from front and back. This will help you ensure that you’re working your entire leg rather than just one set of muscles. But to focus on the booty, your side to side exercises will do the trick!

These 4 celebrity-worthy exercises are sure to get your booty rockin’ for those red carpet moments your booty (or buttocks, if you want to sound posh) needs to look its best—and will ensure you never need butt implants known as a ‘Brazilian butt lift’ or butt enhancement cream!
